DEM PARAMETERS CALIBRATION OF MIXED BIOMASS SAWDUST MODEL WITH MULTI-RESPONSE INDICATORS

Taking hybrid biomass sawdust as the material, carry out simulation calibration experiment with JKR contact model based on DEM principle. The Plackett-Burman factorial is carried by Design-Expert for 10 related factors. Combined steepest climbing test scheme, according to Box-Behnken experiment, parameter of multi-response Indicators completed. results are follows: Poisson's ratio 0.30, density 399.22kg·m-3, recovery coefficient between particles 0.47, rolling friction 0.39, and surface energy (JKR) 0.29J·m-2. Through comparative verification it can be seen that relative error repose angle 3.41%, stress-time response curve less than 6.36%, which verifies reliability method, provides a theoretical reference study constitutive characteristics materials densification mechanism.
